This Van Kennel Revolving Door, as seen in the above photo, is the only one in Boston and dates back to around 1907. The Restoration project required the hangers be broken down and rebuilt with new machined parts. The shaft assembly also needed to be rebuild and the disks machine a new stainless steel telescoping pin was installed in the shaft assembly for for the Roll-Aside feature and all the emergency collapsing mechinisms were rebuilt with new machined parts.
